At Promix Nutrition®, we want you to feel as confident in your fit as you do in your performance. If your apparel isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
